As an ICF-certified (International Coach Federation) Wellness Coach and licensed NLP Trainer, I have spent over a decade guiding individuals from all around the world through life transitions, personal growth, and the pursuit of lasting peace and balance. My coaching blends modern science with timeless spiritual wisdom, inspired by traditions like Hinduism, Buddhism, and teachings from the Bhagavad Gita. 🎶 Sound Healing & Chanting (Optional)

Chanting and sound healing draw from ancient Hindu and Buddhist practices to help balance your energy. These techniques have been scientifically shown to reduce stress, calm the nervous system, and improve mental clarity. If you're open to it, we may use sound frequencies or specific mantras to help you restore balance and focus.

⚡ NLP Techniques

Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) is a science-backed approach that helps you rewire your brain to break free from negative patterns and limiting beliefs. NLP techniques help shift your thinking, creating lasting change by improving how you respond to challenges and perceive the world around you.

Ayurveda, an ancient holistic health system from India, is based on balancing your unique doshas (energies). Through Ayurveda-informed coaching, we explore lifestyle and nutritional practices tailored to your body’s needs.
